Hilda'S Mississippi Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans fresh pack black-eyed peas
    4 oz. chopped pimento
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. chopped jalapeno pepper (preserved)
    8 oz. Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Mix and let stand.
    Drain before serving.
