Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. water
    4 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and salt; add water.
    Beat egg yolks and add to sugar mixture.
    Cook in a double boiler until thick.
    Add margarine and lemon juice.
    Pour into a 9-inch pie shell and top with meringue.
    Save egg whites for meringue.
