Country Cornbread - cooking recipe

1 c. flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
1 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into greased pan (11 x 7 1/2-inch) and bake for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
