Barbecued Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. boneless pork in 1 1/2-inch chunks
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in Dutch oven.
    Heat to boil.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Simmer slowly 3 hours, covered, or until pork is very tender.
    Skim off fat.
    Stir with wire whisk until meat is shredded.
    Salt to taste, if preferred.
