Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, peeled
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    garlic salt
    chives, butter and paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Beat softened cream cheese with sour cream until well blended.
    Add potatoes, beating constantly until light and fluffy.
    Add milk, if needed.
    Add seasonings to taste.
    Place in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
