Forgotten Kisses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. white vinegar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until they start to stiffen.
Add sugar, a little at a time, beating until stiff peaks form.
Beat in vinegar and salt.
Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop batter by teaspoon onto foil-lined baking sheets. Bake for 20 minutes; then turn off heat, but do not open the oven door.
Leave cookies in oven for 5 hours or overnight.
Makes 6 dozen.
