Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks
1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 sticks melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

In top of double boiler, beat egg yolks slightly and stir in lemon juice. Add other ingredients. Continue cooking slowly, in double boiler, until thickened (stir constantly). This is good for Eggs Benedict, broccoli, asparagus or cauliflower.
