Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 c. fresh corn flakes, crushed to 1/2 c.
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    barbecue sauce (optional)
    sweet and sour sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Combine ground beef, cereal, cheese, garlic salt, pepper and egg. Use 1 tablespoon meat mixture to shape into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place on ungreased 15 x 10 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until no longer pink, turning meatballs halfway through. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with sauce.
