Potluck Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz pkg pasta
    1 sweet red pepper, cut into strips
    1 zucchini or yellow summer squash, halved lengthwise and sliced
    1-10 oz frozen peas, thawed
    1-6 oz can ripe, pitted olives
    1 C whole almonds, toasted
    1/2 C thinly sliced green onions
    2 tsp dried oregano, basil OR dill
Preparation
    Cook pasta until barely tender, about 8 minutes.
    Drain and rinse with cold water and drain again.
