Fresh Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 small red onions, thinly sliced in rings
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced, ripe olives, drained
    1 1/2 c. Italian dressing *
    1/3 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss to mix.
    Cover and chill for 2 hours.
