Marinated Poppy Seed Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli, cut in rosettes
    1 head cauliflower, chopped
    1 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    In blender or food processor, mix sugar, dry mustard, salt, vinegar and 2 tablespoons chopped onion; slowly add salad oil, then stir in poppy seed.
    Pour over vegetables and cover.
    Put in refrigerator for at least 24 hours (48 hours is recommended).
