Crawfish Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cooked crawfish meat
4 Tbsp. butter
2 c. chopped onion
1 c. scallions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation

Melt butter in a large skillet.
Saute vegetables over medium heat until soft.
Add flour and spices.
Stir well.
Remove from heat and add crawfish.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. May substitute shrimp for crawfish.
Serves 6.
