Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. orange juice
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in large bowl. Beat on medium speed.
    Add zucchini, applesauce and orange juice; stir well. Combine next 5 ingredients and add to zucchini mixture.
    Add chopped pecans.
    Pour into Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or done when tested.
