Amish Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. sausage
    1 pie crust
    1 onion
    1 c. cream
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain; cook potatoes and onions.
    Drain. Layer meat, potatoes and cheese; heat milk.
    Add eggs; beat good. Pour over casserole.
