Candied Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. or 6 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Prepare and cook potatoes.
    Cut each potato crosswise into 1/2-inch slices.
    In skillet combine brown sugar, butter, milk and salt.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly.
    Add potato pieces.
    Stir gently until glazed and heated through.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
