Polynesian Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
    2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. salad dressing
    1 sliced banana
    1/2 c. salted peanuts or cashew
    2 Tbsp. chopped chutney (optional)
    1/2 c. coconut (optional)
    11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except banana and nuts.
    Add those before serving.
    Serve in lettuce cups.
    Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
