Tacos Botanas Snacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. pizza dough (refrigerated)
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1 can refried beans
    1 pkg. Lawry's taco spice, seasonings
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. green onions, sliced
    1 can ripe olives, sliced and drained
    salsa
Preparation
    Roll dough to fit into a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until crisp around edges.
    Let cool.
    In small bowl, combine zucchini, refried beans and taco seasoning.
    Spread bean mixture and sour cream on baked crust.
    Drizzle on salsa, top with cheese, green onions and olives.
    Return to oven to melt cheese.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 1 dozen appetizers.
