Healthy Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2/3 c. skim milk
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine skim milk and oil.
    Pour all at once into self-rising flour.
    Stir with spoon.
    Pat out on floured surface and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes about 16 biscuits.
