Eggnog Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. eggnog
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Beat cream cheese and sugar. Gradually add gelatin and eggnog.
Refrigerate until slighlty thick.
Beat whipping cream until peaks form.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into prepared graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate until firm.
Garnish with whipped cream and grated nutmeg.
