Karen'S Crock-Pot Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. veal cutlets
    scallops
    angel hair pasta
    1 large can peeled tomatoes
    Parmesan cheese
    basil
    garlic
    1 large red or green pepper
    splash of wine (blush; optional)
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. light cream
Preparation
    Cut veal cutlets in half and pepper into strips.
    Saute scallops in lemon juice and butter for five minutes.
    Place veal, scallops, pepper and half of the peeled tomatoes (you may want to cut the tomatoes in half) in crock-pot.
    Sprinkle basil, garlic to taste and Parmesan cheese on top.
    Add a splash of wine, if you desire.
    Cook on low for 6 hours.
