Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. sweet potatoes or yams
    2 sticks butter
    1 c. granulated sugar (1 1/4 c. if you like it sweeter)
    1 tsp. flour or cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 Tbsp. vanilla butternut extract
    4 (9-inch) unbaked pie crusts
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender; peel and mash.
    Add butter, sugar, flour, spice and salt.
    Beat until creamy.
    When cool, beat in milk, eggs and extracts.
