Squash Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated raw summer squash
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Stir eggs into squash mixture. Add margarine.
    Drop fritter batter by tablespoons onto greased griddle on skillet.
    Cook until delicate brown; turn and brown on other side.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves six.
