Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 c. (8 oz.) margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugars and margarine.
    Add beaten eggs, oil and vanilla; beat well.
    Add dry ingredients; mix.
    Will be a soft dough.
    Chill 1 hour in refrigerator.
    Using a teaspoon drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
    One dozen to a sheet.
    Press cookie down with a wet glass dipped in sugar.
    Press lightly and evenly.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Makes 4 dozen cookies.
