Poor Man'S Lobster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. haddock, cod or any whitefish fillets
    3 qt. water
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Poach fish 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with melted butter.
    For a different flavor, a teaspoon of mixed pickling spices may be added to the poaching water.
