Cheesy New Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium new potatoes
1/2 c. melted margarine
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. cooked bacon pieces
2 c. (8 oz.) sharp American cheese
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
salt to taste
Preparation

Cover potatoes with salted water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook about 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain potatoes and cool slightly.
Stir in butter and pepper; toss lightly.
Spoon half of potato mixture into a lightly greased 3-quart casserole. Top with half of bacon and cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Garnish with parsley.
