Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts
3 c. diced apples
1 c. flour
Preparation

Cream together the eggs, sugar, and salt.
Add oil and beat until light and fluffy.
Blend in vanilla, flour, cinnamon, and baking soda.
Mix by hand.
Add nuts and apples.
Blend thoroughly.
Add the last cup of flour (there are 3 cups of flour altogether in the cake).
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
Use 10-inch tube pan.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
