Ingredients

1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 lb. pecans
Preparation

Beat egg white and water until frothy.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir in nuts.
Spread on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 200\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Stir often.
