Yeast Bread Or Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. scalded milk (16 oz.)
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 cakes yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
    4 c. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Use mixer.
    Mix scalded milk, sugar, salt and butter.
    Cool slightly.
