Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat or shrimp or 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese or Swiss cheese
1/3 c. green onions, sliced
1 (9-inch) frozen pie shell
Preparation

Thaw pie shell.
Blend together first 4 ingredients; add crabmeat, cheese and onions and mix thoroughly.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
