Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 eggs
1/2 pkg. Angel Flake coconut
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add coconut and flour; mix well. Add buttermilk and vanilla and mix well.
Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
Yields 8 servings.
