Egg-N-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices, uncrusted and cubed bread
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. fried and drained bulk turkey sausage or pork sausage
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 9 x 9-inch greased pan and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves approximately 6 to 8.
