Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. milk
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 lb. bacon, fried
    1 red onion, chopped
    1/2 mushrooms, chopped
    dash of nutmeg
    2 frozen pie crusts
Preparation
    Fry bacon; drain and break into small pieces.
    Mix milk, whipping cream, eggs, flour and nutmeg (mix well, set aside).
    Mix cheese, bacon, mushrooms and onions.
    Place into pie shells.
    Pour milk mixture over cheese.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes and at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
