Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions. Drain. Add hash browns and soup. Season with salt and pepper. Place in baking dish and bake at 385\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Layer with cheese. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
