No-Peek Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck steak, cubed
    4 large potatoes, chunked
    4 to carrots, cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 c. V-8 juice
Preparation
    Mix together tapioca, sugar, salt, pepper and V-8 juice in large pan.
    Add steak, potatoes, carrots and onion.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 in a covered pan for 5 hours.
    Do not lift lid while baking for 5 hours.
