Impossible Garden Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped zucchini
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/3 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle zucchini, tomato and cheese in greased 10-inch pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown (about 30 minutes).
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Garnish with tomato and zucchini slices if you wish.
Makes 6 servings.
