Sausage With Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. sausage
    3-4 potatoes, cut in cubes
    1 or 2 tbsp. oil
    1 or 2 onions
    1 c. water
    1 lg. pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage in large skillet with 1 tbsp. oil and 1 c. water.
    When browned, approx. 20 mins., add potatoes.
    Wait 15 mins, then add onions and pepper, a little water if needed.
    Cover and cook on low heat another 20-25 mins.
