Pepper-Onion Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 bell peppers
    6 large onions
    3 cups vinegar
    2 cups sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Place peppers and onions in a food processor
    Chop.
    Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Boil together vinegar, sugar, salt and seeds.
    Add pepper-onion mixture.
    Simmer 15-20 minutes.
    Pack into jars and seal.
