Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. mayo
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. onion flakes or fresh sauteed onion
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions; drain.
    Mix cooked broccoli, mayo, Cheddar, eggs, soup and onion until well blended. Place in casserole.
    Mix crushed cracker crumbs with melted butter; put on top of broccoli casserole.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
