Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. diced zucchini
    2 c. Bisquick
    2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar and/or Parmesan or half of each)
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 c. oil
    8 eggs
    1 c. diced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all well.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch Pyrex baking dish.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until brown on top in 350\u00b0 oven.
