Baked Penne And Sausage, Zucchini And Fontina - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. Italian sausage, casing removed
    1 onion, chopped
    2 c. whipping cream
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. Fontina cheese, grated
    1 lb. penne
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In frypan, saute onion until transparent. Add sausage, stirring until browned. Add zucchini until softened. Stir in cream and grated Fontina; season with salt, pepper and oregano. Boil penne pasta until done. Drain and add cream mixture to pasta. Fold together and pour into buttered greased casserole dish.
