Low Cholesterol Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 pkg. Butter Buds
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. oat bran (serves as binder)
Preparation
    Mix the turkey with seasonings and refrigerate for a few hours.
    Form patties and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven or fry in pan sprayed with cooking spray.
