Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    3 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 large, chopped onion
    1 small can creamed corn
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 large, chopped jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Mix and bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes; let set 5 minutes before cutting.
