Mama'S Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Bake crust for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour into crust.
Cover edges with foil.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool completely.
Store in the refrigerator.
