Mrs. Fileccia'S Class Famous Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. oil
    1/3 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease and flour two 1-pound coffee cans.
    Stir together the pumpkin, oil, water and eggs.
    In another bowl, mix the sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Combine the 2 minutes and stir in raisins and/or chopped nuts.
    Pour into the coffee cans.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Makes 12 delicious servings.
