Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. Parkay soft margarine
    2 eggs
    2 c. Baker's semi-sweet real chocolate chips
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and baking soda in a small bowl.
    Beat Parkay and sugar in a large bowl with mixer until fluffy.
    Blend in eggs and vanilla.
    Add flour mixture; beat until blended.
    Stir in chips.
    Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool 2 minutes.
    Remove from cookie sheets.
    Cool on wire racks.
    Makes 5 dozen.
