Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 oz.) cookie roll (sugar or butter)
    3/8 c. water
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/8 c. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Cut cookie roll into 1/8-inch slices and line a 12-inch round pizza pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Cream the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.
    Spread on the crust.
    Line with fruit, either fresh or canned and well drained:
    bananas, peaches, mandarin oranges, strawberries, pineapple, grapes, apples, red and green maraschino cherries.
