Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
4 tsp. chili powder
3 Tbsp. oil
2 c. water
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
12 flour tortillas
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown flour and chili powder in oil.
Stir in water gradually. Simmer for 30 minutes. Brown hamburger and onion.
Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Dip tortilla in chili powder mixture until softened.
Fill center of tortilla with hamburger mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
Roll.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese over top.
Pour chili powder mixture over enchiladas. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
