Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 apples, cubed
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    7 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    In a mixer beat sugar and eggs; add oil.
    On low speed, add flour, salt, baking powder, orange juice and vanilla.
    Mix well. Stir in apple mixture.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 350\u00b0 1 hour and 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
