Out-The-Door Sunday Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice (not Minute rice)
    1 c. water
    1 can creamed soup (mushroom, celery or chicken)
    1 cut-up chicken or boneless, skinless chicken fillets
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place in order in a casserole dish.
    Cover and leave in a low 250\u00b0 or 300\u00b0 oven on the way out to church.
