Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken, cut into small pieces
    1 can (2 c.) green beans, drained
    1 box long-grain and wild rice (don't use seasoning mix)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 small jar pimentos
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle cheese (optional) on top and return to oven for 4 to 5 minutes until melted.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
